The changes you can see in my photos are just the tip of the iceberg. The true transformation lies in the unseen aspects. Now, I can silence the negative thoughts in my mind and redirect that energy towards positivity. Collaborating with Zac has had a ripple effect on various areas of my life. Previously lacking motivation, I now recognize my value and potential. My self-perception, self-esteem, confidence, and overall mental well-being have all significantly improved. My therapist even quipped that he might lose a client because of the progress. I am constantly grateful for how this one aspect of my life, this one individual, has positively impacted me. As a technical trainer, I've always believed in empowering others to learn rather than just providing solutions. Zac has embodied this principle by guiding me through every step of the learning process, reminding me that there is always more to discover.

I've been training with Zac since 2018. My goals then were simply to gain some confidence in the gym as well as some basic knowledge in my health and fitness journey.

 

But after a couple of years (and thanks to Zac), I was confident enough try out competitive powerlifting. I've accomplished more than I ever thought possible, both physically and mentally. And even though I may no longer be competing, I'm still training with Zac regularly for both my mental and physical health. 

Zac has guided me through several seasons of my fitness journey and has always been extremely helpful and supportive. He's very knowledgeable and patient but also extremely authentic and genuine. Couldn't recommend him enough to any and everyone! No matter your experience level, he's the guy for you!

Zac is incredible at what he does. Looking at Zac you can tell he knows his way around the weight room, but I was nervous if he could help me hit my goals because I have a very different body type than him… Those worries were quickly dismissed with my first block of training! He is so intuitive about what you need and extremely good at working with feedback to create an effective and comfortable experience, even when it changes because of my needs and medical issues. I have not only grown super comfortable and confident in the gym because of his feed back and programming, but have gained a lot of confidence in myself from sticking to a regimen I wasn’t sure I was capable of at first, not to mention the physical confidence I have from adding muscle mass. The best thing I did for myself this year was hire and train with Zac through 3 blocks, talk to him regularly about my goals, and have him give me the “though love” I needed when I wasn’t doing what I set out to do… I if you want someone who is invested in your growth enough to tell you the truth, knowledgeable enough to help you get there, and will celebrate ur small wins with you, Zac is definitely the best choice you can make.

I have been beyond overjoyed with the progress I have made with Zac Kann and his program in my first 16 weeks. So, I absolutely had to sign up for another 16 weeks. As of today I can’t speak to the end result yet as I am still in progress BUT I have shocked myself this second round. I am lifting weight that I just assumed someone like me would never be able to lift. Zac has ignited something in me that I didn’t know was there. I am excited to continue my growth with Zac Kann in the months to come. I’ve got new goals that I had thought were not achievable or “genetics” that are all obtainable thanks to Zac!

Zack has put me in a path that is easy to follow and has helped me put on considerable muscle mass and help with strength improvements in the gym. He has been very knowledgeable when I’ve had various injuries and how to adjust the training plan accordingly so that my injury didn’t create any major setbacks. I was introduced to Zac about a year after I quit playing soccer my freshman year of college. I was struggling with working out and finding something to replace something I had done my whole life. Training with Zac has by far been worth it in every way. I was always the person that was very inconsistent in the gym and never stuck to a plan. Zac’s online program makes it super easy to keep up with workouts, meals, and the amount of weight you lifted last. I also do a few days of in person training a week to help me stay consistent. Zac is an amazing trainer who goes way beyond your average personal trainer. I was diagnosed with a very rare neurological condition that temporarily paralyzed me and caused my muscles to atrophy losing all of my strength. Zac went through all of my physical therapy notes and came up with a plan and we rehabbed my recovery for six months. We essentially started over from scratch using 2lb weights all the way back to 100s. The key was that Zac was very mindful of the Neurologist’s notes to keep me from overdoing it and ego lifting my back to the hospital. Very grateful he was willing to help bring me back! I recommend Zac for not only improving your physical fitness but also improving your overall health & wellness.

From Fall 2021 to December 2023, my part-time work study job was to be a live figure art model. Before I started training with Z. Kann, my weight was 264 lbs. with no body shape showing in my physique. I have been training with Z. Kann for 16 months now, and with the tools I now possess like; knowledge of wise food and protein intake, how to use a certain machine properly, and what each exercise or machine targets on the body part/region. I'm currently now at 211 lbs., and can now see in both the artistic and real perspectives, the progress of my hard work.

I've been training with Zac for about 6 years. What started as a, "Please, help me I have eaten too many oreos and I can't fit in my pants anymore!" turned into a great journey of health and fitness. Zac isn't just extremely experienced but he has degrees to back up his knowledge. My journey started with some intense workouts and eating right to get me back down to a size I wanted and then morphed into an amazing journey of balance. He taught me balance. No, you don't have to give up things you enjoy completely. Yes, you can still eat some oreos. But you have to find balance in everything that you do. 

His workouts are what I would call the best bang for your buck and time. Everyone is busy. So, let's be realistic. You want to be in and out with the maximum benefit. He isn't going to have you do ridiculous exercises. He is going to hit every major muscle group that in turn, also hits those smaller ones. He does not waste my time and if you take his professional advice seriously you will see the results you are seeking. Zac is not only a great trainer but he has become one of my favorite people in this life. I'm truly grateful for the day I met him and started a very smart and rewarding journey of health and fitness. Am I perfect? No. Could I eat better and work harder? Of course. BUT, I am fit, I eat what I like and I'm happy. That my friends is the balance I was seeking. As long as I am able I will continue to train with Zac. ​
