On-Line Clients
Step 1) Fill out both of the following forms. Make sure that you submit both forms as Kann Performance requires both forms before training plans can be made.
​Step 2) Select your method of Payment (Remember you Save $500 by Paying in Full)
Step 3) Give us 48-72 Hours to complete your onboarding process. Please be watching your email for information about the App and instructions.
